Lunch: chicken breast with gravy, broccoli and ‘Rösti’. Yummy!
I wanted to prevent that I’d spend again all afternoon in bed (I’ve learned that the sleepiness is a typical sidee ffect of the blood pressure medics) I went for a walk right after lunch and later for a cup of coffee in a café in the park. Here are the photos.
Not sure why, but I like to take pics of graffitis…
Oh… looks like I’ve reached the city limits of Bad Oeynhausen rather quickly.
Now please enjoy some really beautiful architecture!
This is the name of a modern apartment building (with expensive apartments). Building was nothing special but I liked the sign. ‘Park Living’ because it’s located right opposite the park.
This is the Ronald McDonald House. Architect: the well-known Frank Ghery. The Ronald McDonald charity keeps “…families with sick children close to each other and the care and resources they need.” http://www.rmhc.org/
Me, resting on a bench in the shade after 45 minutes of walking… partly slightly uphill.
The so called cabbage white butterfly (German: Kohlweißling) enjoying the lavender.
A look inside the so called “Wandelhalle”. There are classical concerts held regularly.
That’s it for today.
